I originally left a poor review for lack of communication on an undesirable substitution plant for my aunt's funeral. Amy at Flower-Tique immediately contacted me and went above and beyond to make up for my disappointment.
When it comes down to it, customer service means everything in today's world and I must say that Amy gets two thumbs up for going out of her way to make sure this out of state customer whom she's never met is happy.

In our phone call I did apologize for not giving you a call explaining that we couldn't get the peace lily in and that we were busy that day and it got overlooked. There have been plant shortages over the past few months making peace lily's hard to get. I have offered to replace the plant and will await your response. Thank you.

Unfortunately you could not provide the exact item I ordered but you did call and let me know. The item you recommended instead turned out to be fantastic. Thank you very much for being a first rate florist. I would definitely recommend you to anyone and will use you again if I need something in the area!!
