Really like the reminder email, it saved me from having to Google or look back through old emails to figure out where I order flowers for Mom in Centerville. Mom loves her flowers, they arrived on time, and whomever delivered them set then inside the front door, so extra shout out for not leaving then outside to freeze! Did want to let you know when comparing the picture of what was sent to Mom to the picture on the website, the online arrangement looks much bigger, and fuller.

Flowers were delivered to the wrong place but Amy went above and beyond to make sure the problem was resolved . Flowers were beautiful as always and couldn't be more pleased. Thanks Amy !
